A Hands-On Tasting with Barrel Sampling

Step into the world of small-lot winemaking with this interactive tasting. Guided by grape grower and winemaker Elise Nerlove, you’ll sample wines at different stages of development—straight from the barrel and from the bottle—while gaining an insider’s perspective on running a micro-winery.

What’s Included:

  • Taste through three Elkhorn Peak Estate wines.
  • Sample wine straight from the barrel and explore how aging, vintage, and barrel selection influence the final wine.
  • Winemaker Q&A – Ask Elise anything about winemaking, barrel aging, and the decisions that shape every bottle.

VIP Wine Blending Experience

Be a Winemaker for a Day

​Ever wondered what goes into a bottle of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon? In this hands-on blending seminar, you’ll experience the winemaker’s craft firsthand. Led by winemaker Elise Nerlove, you’ll break down the blending process and craft your own personalized bottle of wine.

What’s Included:

  • Welcome Glass – Enjoy a pour of Elkhorn Peak Estate Pinot Noir while getting to know our wines.
  • Blending 101 – Learn how winemakers use Bordeaux varietals to build complexity in Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Hands-On Blending – Using pipettes and cylinders, experiment with different base wines to create your perfect blend.
  • Bottling & Labeling – Once your blend is perfected, bottle and label it to make home!

$200 per person | 4-person minimum. $100 non-refundable deposit required at booking. Wine Club members get 15% discount on this experience!

Summer Solstice Wine Dinner

Saturday, June 21st at 6 PM

Hosted at Valentina’s Kitchen, a beloved gem in American Canyon, this intimate evening begins with a reception hour on the patio from 6 – 7 PM, where you’ll enjoy good weather, good vibes, alongside a selection of exquisite passed appetizers and great wine.

Elise and Maiel will be pouring a curated lineup of Elkhorn Peak wines throughout the night, leading into a seated three-course prix fixe dinner, artfully designed to complement the season’s freshest ingredients and our most celebrated vintages.

The menu is currently being crafted, and we will share it here as soon as it’s finalized. 

To maintain an intimate evening, tickets are limited to 40 total. 

Virtual Tasting

​Perfect for corporate teams working, wine-tasting groups, or anyone who wants to experience Napa Valley from the comfort of home.

Enjoy a virtual tour and tasting presented by Owner/Grower, Ken Nerlove or Elise Nerlove. You will be given a virtual tour of the Estate Pinot Noir vineyard where Ken and Elise will tell you how it really happens in the Napa Valley! This down to earth presentation will expand your knowledge of how wine grapes are grown and what goes on behind the scene. It will truly be educational and informative.

Elise will work with you to customize an experience perfectly suited for all occasions and budgets. A virtual tasting can be added to any wine purchase for $200.
